Mad Math

Everyone learns differently. For some of the visual learners you know who might have trouble wrapping their heads around the latest math lesson, a new way of explaining theorems and principles has arrived: the GIF. Of course, we’re not saying you have to understand them completely and teach TXGU students about sine and cosine—but you can definitely be of massive encouragement when you let them know that there’s more to learning math than just those pictures of lines, numbers, and letters in a textbook. You can start with these 25 GIFs and remind kids that there are multiple potential paths toward mastering a topic. (And some of them just happen to be really fun to look at, so everybody wins!)
